2. Data we process

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we only collect the data you voluntarily provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

This website does not include a contact form. Data is always provided on your initiative and is processed solely to handle the enquiry received.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data processing is carried out under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD):

  • Handling and responding to enquiries and quote requests. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Follow-up of services provided. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with its own privacy policy, which is separate from MP Instalaciones ESPJ.

The website is hosted on Vercel's European infrastructure (Frankfurt, Germany region), which acts as a data processor. Data remains within the European Economic Area.

5. International transfers

Web hosting uses servers located in the European Union, so no international data transfers arise in relation to the website itself.

However, use of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may involve transfers of data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Meta Platforms adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission through an adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.

6. Retention period

Contact data and related correspondence are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, or until the data subject requests erasure.

7. Data subject rights

Under the GDPR and LOPDGDD, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing at any time by contacting info.mpinstalaciones@gmail.com and attaching a copy of your ID or another identifying document.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
